Group strategy

BCSgroup is currently implementing a 3-stage strategy:

- The strengthening and consolidation of the South African ISP and telco capabilities,
- The commercialisation of the COJ and other digital city projects in a staggered approach,
- The roll-out of a regional SADC fibre network.

The various parts of the strategy are interlinked to deliver a low-capital intensive yet world class ICT infrastructure, that is project specific, to avoid head-on competition with the major telecom incumbents, whilst achieving above average margins.
